Jade was born and raised in Shanghai–an international city of China. She showed her passion for real estate at the age of 23, investing in residential properties in Shanghai, Shenzhen and HongKong, where she also owned a franchise beauty spa business. However, real estate has always been something special in her mind. She believes home ownership is not only personal freedom but also financial strength. Beyond this, she believes in an even more fundamental truth: there is no place like home that can bring warmth and peace, so when she moved to the U.S. in 2005, she decided to pursue a career as Realtor®. She became Rookie of the year in 2012, one of the top 10% Realtors®, and the #1 agent in average sales. Jade always has her clients' best interests at heart, and she is available to help at any time. She is experienced in methods of home renovation, showed successful property showing techniques and staging strategy as well. She works with a wide variety of clients, from first-time homebuyers to sophisticated property owners and investors, from international clients to local sellers and buyers. Jade is knowledgeable in residential marketing and luxury homes including Hillsborough, Burlingame, San Mateo, Belmont, Foster City, San Carlos, Palo Alto, Los Altos Hills, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Atherton, Woodside, and San Francisco city. Jade’s hobbies including yoga, kick-boxing, reading and spending time with her family.
