Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne List Mediterranean Revival Estate for $18 Million | Hilton & Hyland

Self-proclaimed “Prince of Darkness” Ozzy Osbourne and his wife, Sharon, former host of daytime talk show The Talk, have listed their 11,500-square-foot Hancock Park, Los Angeles, estate for $18 million. Purchased in 2015 for close to $12 million, the couple completely revamped both the interiors and exteriors, which modernized the space but kept its old-Hollywood charm.

‘How I Met Your Mother’ Star Alyson Hannigan Lists L.A. Home for $18 Million | Hilton & Hyland

Alyson Hannigan and her husband, Alexis Denisof, are listing their home in the Encino neighborhood of Los Angeles for $18 million. The actress and husband bought the roughly 3.25-acre property in 2016 for $7.95 million, according to Michael LaMontagna of Hilton & Hyland. The grounds also contain a bocce court, a tennis court, and a swimming pool and gardens. Ms. Hannigan was also in the 2012 film 'American Reunion.
