Heather grew up in Berkeley, graduated from UC Santa Cruz, and returned to the
East Bay to live and work first in Oakland, then Berkeley, and now in the Richmond Annex in
the home sheย bought and remodeled. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she worked
for over two decades as a nonprofit program director and fundraiser for
organizations including Civicorps, NIAD, Habitat for Humanity, the YMCA, and
George Mark Children's House.
Heather was drawn to real estate early on - always paying close attention to a
home's look, feel, construction, design and flow. She bought a fixer in the Richmond Annex and loved
the process of reimagining and remodeling it. She has a knack for seeing a
home's potential, and for helping clients to make the most of their investment,
no matter what their goals and budget.
As a Realtor, Heather listens closely, asks questions, speaks candidly,
presents all options, operates transparently, and helps clients to quickly hone
in on the strategies that will get them the best possible results. She knows
that buying or selling a home can be a major life event, and she works hard to
ensure her clients feel fullyย supported and have an
exceptionalย experience every step of the way.
For fun, Heather loves simple pleasures, the arts, the outdoors, travel off the
beaten path, quality time with family and friends, learning the ukelele, and
supporting great causes.
