Hello! I'm Mel Reed an Associate Broker/ Realtor here at Coldwell Banker in Lake Havasu City Arizona. I have been working with buyers, sellers and investors with Coldwell for 22 years. The majority of my business is my past customers and that really says something. I have no partner or a team. You call me, you get me and my many years of experience.

Lake Havasu City is a great place to live with so many things to do and a town function or charity event almost every weekend. It is a great place to vacation and even a better place to live.

I have always worked with people in the hotel and restaurant industry prior to getting a real estate license twenty three years ago while investing and reading about real estate on the side. I probably sold more residential and commercial Real Estate before I had a license as an owner than many of our new agents have in their career.
