Gretchen is best known for the positive energy she brings to every transaction. Gretchen built her career on a foundation of customer service, starting at Nordstrom and then into the fast-paced advertising world before finding her true calling in real estate. She strives to provide all her clients with top-notch service. Gretchen’s excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and forward thinking ensures each client is positioned for success. Pairing her unique strengths with those of business partner Martha Belmont, clients know they have a seasoned team that will always listen, guide, and advocate for the best result. A Northwest native, Gretchen was born in Kirkland, graduated from the University of Washington, lived on Queen Anne, and now calls Mercer Island home—all which adds to her extensive insider knowledge of Seattle, the Eastside and beyond. Passionate about the PNW, Gretchen jumps at the chance to show transplants all that makes the area so special. Deeply rooted in the community, Gretchen serves on the Board of the Mercer Island Preschool Association as their VP of Community Events. In her spare time, Gretchen loves travel, skiing, swimming, and spontaneous adventures with her husband and 5-year-old daughter.
