In his 4 years of NYC brokerage experience at a top firm, Greg boasts over $40M in resales and most notably, led the sales team on the New Development atop the Andaz at 75 Wall Street - totalling 365 toal units and over $165M in sales. Greg’s success lies in his ability to manage his client's expectations through a commitment to excellence in customer service and time management. Greg’s highly developed industry-specific skill set is evident in all of his professional dealings. He excels in the luxury market where communication and contract negotiation are key. He is known for consistently delivering strategic analysis and thoughtful marketing strategies for sellers and buyers alike. He focuses on personal relationships, yet uses technology to create efficiencies for his clients because he knows that time is the most valuable commodity and he uses it wisely. Outside of Real Estate, Greg is an avid animal lover who not only fosters shelter animals but creates a place for them to have a home. Along with his mother, Greg co-founded the Los Angeles Chapter of K-9 Adopt, a non-profit rescue program that gives struggling high school students school credit to train mistreated dogs that have a short life left to live at the shelter. Greg is passionate about music, travel, fashion, interior design, and basketball.
