Gena Gerbier

A New Yorker since 1995, Gena lived in the West Village for almost 20 years before moving her family to Brooklyn.  She has a multifaceted background which includes 12 years as a successful small business owner. Her stores Yoya and Yoyamart gathered accolades as creative innovators within the retail industry and were well-loved by a loyal clientele. She attributes her ability to build and nurture strong relationships as a key element of her success. In 2015, she carried this over to a new career in real estate sales with a national luxury home developer. Gena is a pragmatic problem solver and values the trust of her clients above all else.
