Fernando Ortiz

I grew up in Central Florida and my passion for Real Estate began as a family affair when we purchased, built, and managed numerous properties while I was growing up. My family relocated to beautiful South Florida in 2003. I’ve had my Real Estate license for over 20 years and began my career in resort sales but ultimately realized that my passion was in the residential market and helping people. The long-lasting relationships that I build with my clients while selling and purchasing homes are rewarding and fulfilling. My past clients have now bonded into friendships. I’m proud that my clients tell me that I go the extra mile and I won’t give up until we find them the perfect home.
