At a very early age, Favio was introduced to sales and customer service. Growing up, he helped his grandparents run their convenience store and that was when he learned how to work with people. The daily interaction with different personalities and problem-solving that came with running a business intrigued him to pursue his own business. Favio graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Minor in Marketing, then went on to work for a Forbes Top 100 Company, doing outside sales. After purchasing his first home, Favio realized how much work, diligence, and excitement went into the process. He enjoyed the experience so much that he decided to obtain his real estate license and pursue home sales as a side business. He wanted to be part of helping others with one of the most important decisions they’ll make in their lives- deciding where they are going to live and invest their money. He quickly found out that in order to be a successful Realtor®, he needed to be fully committed and make this his career. As a San Diego native, Favio is a huge advocate for this city.
