Ethan Goodrich

Ethan joined Compass in 2018, after founding and operating his own successful brokerage, Goodrich Residential, for many years in the West End. He has 10+ years of real estate experience representing buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Boston area. What sets him apart is his incredible attention to detail, his knack breaking for down markets, and his understanding of the numbers. Above all, he's known for his easy-going nature which keeps clients always feeling comfortable and confident throughout the entire purchase and sale process. At Compass, Ethan leads the Goodrich Team, a team of twelve agents who each perform a unique role, whether it's specializing in sellers, buyers, leasing, operations, transaction support, or marketing. The Goodrich Team has over 60 years of combined experience and $250M+ in transaction volume. The Goodrich Team has been ranked in Boston Magazines Top Producers list in 2019, 2020, and 2021; and also in the prestigious RealTrends "Americas Best" list in 2020. As a native of the Seacoast Region in New Hampshire, Ethan grew up skiing, playing soccer, and playing baseball (he still carries the ambitious impression that he will be playing professional baseball at some point... for now, his men's softball team will have to do). Currently, he lives in Greater Boston with his talented wife, Katie (of Ivory & Bone Interiors), and their two kids.
