Eric has been active in the real estate industry since 2005. He began his career as a transaction coordinator for a small boutique firm in San Carlos, during which time he became a Realtor®, office manager, and instructor for newly licensed agents. In 2015, Eric founded a transaction management company where he provided real estate transaction file coordination services for real estate agents in San Francisco and San Mateo County by utilizing their expertise to ensure file compliance for real estate sales. He and his team consulted with a number of firms, helping their clients develop top standards in file compliance and risk management. In 2016, Eric became a member of the San Francisco Association of Realtors® and began volunteering his time as a member of the Forms Committee. The Forms Committee plays an important part in creating and maintaining contractual and disclosure documents used by real estate practitioners in San Francisco. In 2018, Eric made the decision to return to the real estate industry, where he continues to provide a high level of service for his clients.
