Receiving an academic scholarship to the Honors College at the University of Arizona, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, she put her strong work ethic and outgoing personality to good use in high-end hospitality. After a successful career as the first female captain at a landmark Midtown establishment, her transition to Compass was the perfect next step.
