Diane Bucher

Diane was born in San Jose and raised in Los Gatos, California. She is a long-time native of Los Gatos/Saratoga and attended school in Los Gatos in her early years. She went on to earn a degree in Industrial Technology Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. During her 25 year career in the high-tech/software industry, Diane held various management positions while working for IBM and Hewlett Packard. In 2010, after a highly successful career in Silicon Valley, Diane decided to leverage her professional skills and experience in project management and marketing in the world of residential real estate – her first love! Diane’s passion for the real estate business was developed early in life as her parents were both natives of California, and began a longstanding legacy of real estate investments beginning in 1952 - with the purchase of their first property. In subsequent years, her family continued a steady practice of investing in residential homes that were converted into rental properties as a family business. Learning the real estate business, and the value of hard work at an early age, her background in real estate acquisitions and property management have served her extremely well during a successful decade long tenure in the business. Diane’s approach and commitment to providing a high-quality customer experience through expertise and personalized service, has led to her success and resulting in significant growth in clientele and repeat business. Over the years, she has developed a strong team and a network of talented individuals, highly committed to providing the ultimate level of service and seamless support for every transaction. Diane’s practice is guided by integrity and honesty, with an unwavering dedication to every client she represents. In her spare time, Diane enjoys golfing, cooking, gardening and spending time with her husband (PJ), her two adult daughters (Carolyn and Natalie) and her Chocolate Lab, Riley.
