Diana Blackman, a Dallas native, enjoys her role as “the Search Queen"--because she loves nothing more than finding the right fit for her clients when it comes to neighborhood, schools, commute, etc. Focusing on working with buyers, Diana is in constant pursuit of hip pockets and other hidden gems that will spark joy for her clients. In addition, Diana is very involved in preparing properties to go to market, by working with sellers on implementing the staging "touches" that will make a home show itself to best advantage. Diana is very involved in the community, serving on the boards of the Friends of the SMU Libraries as well as Hurley House, a non-profit that supports families impacted by addiction. An indoor cycling ("spin") instructor at the Moody Park Cities YMCA for 15 years, Diana also enjoys running, and you may see her running around White Rock Lake or all around town. Along with TBG teammate Mary Markey, Diana completed her Historic Home Specialist certification through Preservation Dallas. While she loves contemporary homes as well, Diana has a passion for homes and neighborhoods with a history (like the 1928 Tudor she shares with Chris), which she writes about in a bi-weekly newsletter that also covers market trends and Diana's tips on favorite restaurants and experiences.
