Denise Gomm Santos

Originally from Curitiba, Brazil, Denise Gomm made Miami her home in 2005. She keeps close ties to Brazil through frequent travel and she truly believes that in South Florida you can have it all. As a dual citizen of the U.S. and Brazil, Denise is extremely knowledgeable in the intricacies of relocation. She began her real estate career in her hometown of Curitiba years ago when many major multinational companies began building factories and facilities in the area. Denise assisted international clientele in securing a home and resources as they moved into the area. Now, as she calls Miami home, Denise is an expert and a trusted advisor to these same individuals as they consider moving to the Miami area. She offers a hands-on approach to her services and assists her clients through the real estate process from the beginning, while also maintaining a relationship after closing. With a bachelor's degree in English obtained in Brazil, Denise has used her communication skills throughout her life to assist others from different countries in their quest to find a home. She is now a proud resident of Pinecrest, where she and her family built their home. On the weekends she enjoys playing tennis with her husband. Denise also enjoys staying active through spinning and attending the movies and theatre performances. She and her husband are avid travelers who spend a lot of time visiting her home country of Brazil. Denise is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French.
