Neal was a real estate agent on Mercer Island in the Seattle area and has a marketing and advertising background. He produced trade shows in the technology sector. Seven years ago, Neal decided to go back into real estate and joined Donna as her partner at Coldwell Banker. Neal was a Keynote Speaker at the 2003 California Association of Realtors conference in San Diego. Neal is frequently a featured guest on Mortgage Magic's television show on San Jose's Comcast network.
