David Nevitte

David is a full-time Maryland real estate sales professional and licensed Maryland attorney. He was born and grew up in Northern Virginia, and graduated from the University of Virginia. After graduating, David practiced law in the District of Columbia and later lived in Atlanta, Georgia for five years before relocating with his children to Howard County in 1996. David has extensive experience in residential sales, rentals, and lending. David brings this broad scope of knowledge to each client’s real estate transaction, along with his firm commitment to understand each client’s goals and focus his efforts on their unique best interests. David specializes in representing sellers and buyers throughout central Maryland, with an emphasis in Howard, Carroll, Anne Arundel, and Montgomery Counties.
