Daphne Cannata

Daphne has been involved in the real estate field since 2005 which includes 10 years as a Certified Residential Appraiser. Her technical experience appraising properties over $1 million with waterfront and water view locations, as well as appraising various other types of residential properties throughout the state are skills that will benefit any buyer or seller. Before her real estate career, she had 20 years as a banking executive and can offer additional knowledge to guide buyers and sellers through a successful real estate transaction. Daphne is licensed in CT and RI and has enjoyed living in both states. She lived with her family in East Lyme, CT for 12 years before relocating to East Greenwich, RI for 14 years. In 2013, having explored the beautiful Ocean State, and with her children grown, she and her husband selected Westerly to build thier permanent vacation home near the ocean.
