Hello my name is Damón DeMaximilian Benefield. I am a California native & real estate agent that was raised and educated in this rich diverse landscape we call The City of Angels. I received my education at UCLA, where I studied Mathematics & Economics. I served in Operation Desert Storm as a United States Marine. My Journey continued into the world of retail where I built a successful career that spanned over 22 years. In my last assignment I served as the District Vice President of Stores in greater Seattle under the Macy’s Brand. As a proven accomplished Senior Executive I was able to leverage my skills to build a successful real estate business representing and serving clients to achieve their real estate goals. What differentiates me from other agents is my 100% commitment to the client experience and to exceeding their expectations. Like retail, real estate is servicing the needs of the client. I have the leadership, skill and experience to ensure all aspects of the transaction are executed to the highest level of accountability & integrity. My approach to the business is truly driven from a client concierge service mindset and a relentless drive to deliver best in class results! I see my career over the years as a journey that is a patchwork of experiences stitched together. I have personally owned homes in 4 different states as well as internationally. My family and I have relocated 5X over the years and have completed the circle with our return to Los Angeles. During my free time I enjoy engaging my Millennial children who keep me grounded. I love to travel and spend time at our home in Brazil. I find balance and harmony either being in the ocean, running or skiing, and spending time with my dog Tyson. I love spending time with my business partner & wife of 28 yrs dreaming and taking this thing we call life by the horns and having fun traveling the world!
