Cynthia Yantz

Cynthia Yantz is a San Diego native who was raised in Carmel Valley and knows the ins and outs of the city. She attended Torrey Pines High School and graduated from the University of San Diego in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Political Science. She draws on her communication skills to nurture interpersonal relationships with her clients and negotiate the best deal for them. She effectively leverages her knowledge and use of technology and social media throughout the home buying or selling process. Cynthia is caring, personable, reliable and hard working. In her free time, she is a competitive Olympic weightlifter and can be found training at her gym, cooking or baking, at the park playing fetch with her Corgi Walter, or enjoying the beach with family and friends.
