From a young age, Courtney and her mom would sneak onto home construction sites or old abandoned homes and explore the possibilities of what it would be like to live in those houses. It is a practice that has stayed with her. After she began working in the wine and service industries her affection for creating wonderful, unique experiences for guests became a passion.
