Cory Ward

Cory was born and raised in Kansas City and has spent all but 8 years of his life in KC. He grew up in Prairie Village and Mission Hills, currently lives in Fairway with his amazing wife Maggie and their two wild and wonderful children; Tucker 5, and Lyla 2. Cory made the move to real estate when he identified an opportunity to carve out a business filing an existing void of young, driven, men in the residential real estate market. Coming out of the gates in 2005 as Rookie of the Year, he has continuously grown, improved, and performed in the top 1% of all 8,000 agents in Kansas City. In early 2012 he merged with his mom, Nancy Ward, who held the distinction as the #1 agent in Kansas City for many years. While their service will remain unchanged, they feel the broader reach of their group will offer their clients the best of both worlds. Cory delivers superior market knowledge, information, and an unmatched work ethic that has provided him with great success in his career and he is very excited to apply these principles to working with new clients every day.
