I am passionate about people and love homes!!! Buying, selling, renting, rehabbing, decorating, you name it, I love it.

This business is ever changing! It is always educational and very fulfilling. I am committed to stay up to date with the most recent changes and best practices for todays' clients needs.

Especially in these times, the market has changed quite a bit. First and foremost, my clients, my family and my friends' health and well being is top of the order. In these times I have sold homes completely virtual by touring the homes in complete detail on video chat and being my clients personal eyes and investigator to answer all of their questions safely and completely. Of course meeting and seeing for yourself is the best way but in these uncertain times if you need to relocate or move I am here to make the transition as smooth and easy for you to feel secure and safe and always follow healthy protocol.

Thirteen years ago I decided to fulfill my passion and received my CT Real estate license. I am a life-long resident of Connecticut. I know the importance of really listening to the needs of my clients and to understand what they need and want. Being a mom of young adults, I can relate to the many people I meet who are ready to down size or move on because the kids have left the nest, a very emotional time! In addition, helping the next generation buy their first home is also fun for me! Educating the first time home buyer, leading them in the right direction and closing the deal without a hitch is a goal I always work hard to fulfill.

First time home buyers have always had a place in my heart. Education, Patience, Lots of time and connections are the keys to being a great first time home buyer specialist. I really listen to what my clients are looking for and am available for them to show as quickly as possible. In these times, getting in to see the desired home is important as well as showing them comparisons to make a fair and educated offer that is accepted by the seller.

Down sizing or moving up and out is another area I have grown fond of. Helping the empty nesters find the right place to go and helping them get through the emotional struggle of moving out as well as preparing their home for a quick sale is easy when you have the right realtor with connections to contractors, movers, and other professionals to help move to the next chapter in life.

New construction is something that can be overwhelming for many. Having a buyers agent as your advocate to get through the decision making can be an extreme stress reducer.

Being a member of CTREIA (CT Real Estate Investors Association) I have helped clients find the right house to take on and bring back to life for personal and resale business.
