Chandler Thayer

I was born in the great state of Maine and while I hold it close to my heart, I was always seeking warmer pastures. I moved to Hawaii and Florida, before meeting my Californian wife in Boston. We moved together to San Diego and we are now raising our family in San Jose. I bought my first home when I was 21, because even at that young age, I believed real estate was the best investment I could make in my future. I bought a fixer upper with my wife when we were newlyweds and we embarked on the adventure of a complete renovation. Most recently we purchased a property in a neighborhood where we could envision raising a family. I understand that when you enter into the process of buying or selling real estate, you are making investment decisions, at the same time these significant financial transactions can also be emotional because they are made at important milestones in your life. I feel honored whenever I am trusted to enter into this process with my clients.
