Personal Background

Growing up in Kansas, to wonderful parents who have been married for nearly 50 years, instilled in me the values that have shaped every aspect of my personal and professional life. I live by the golden rule, and believe everyone deserves my full respect. My humble nature is a benefit to providing great personal service to my clients. You will be lead, step-by-step, through the process of buying or selling a property as I want to ensure that any client of mine comes away from their transaction feeling completely satisfied and well informed.

I also have 13 years of commercial construction project management experience. My strongest trait in dealing with commercial clients was always a high level of personal service to their needs and an ability to truly listen to their concerns and act on those needs. I believe nothing is more important in residential real estate than servicing the client, and I take great pride in doing so. For most, buying or selling a home will be one of the biggest decisions we make in our lives. But it doesn't have to be stressful. My knowledge of the market place, background in construction, experience in negotiating and executing contracts, ability to lead clients through the step-by-step transaction process, and my acute focus to your individual needs are all skills which I believe set me apart from the majority of real estate agents in Southern California.
