A lifelong passion for owning and renovating residences in New Jersey and my mother who sold Real Estate for over 30 years were the inspiration for a career in real estate.

This no obligation program provides a savings of 10% on the brokers commission to your employees who elect to use Coldwell Banker in the purchase or sale of their home or other residential property.

Membership in this program is at zero cost to both the employer and the employee, and employees can take advantage of this valuable benefit anywhere in the Continental US.

The savings is received by your employee, at closing, equal to 10% of the Coldwell Banker portion of the brokers commission amount, as a credit on the SELLING or rebate on the BUYING side of the transaction, depending on the purchase/selling price of the home.

Employees with multiple transactions will receive multiple rebates.

There is no dollar cap on the amount of this 10% rebate.
