Raised in Encinitas CA, Casey Broom began his Real Estate Career in 2012 and prides himself on providing his clients with exceptional and ethical services.  Casey belongs to an award-winning team at Compass Real Estate Group and has been consistently recognized as an Elite Agent in the Southern California region.  Casey and his team have developed a unique marketing plan with proven results for both buyers and sellers.  Since 2012, Casey has sold and assisted in selling over 55 residential properties and has been told that his local knowledge and friendly, casual disposition make people feel more like friends than like clients. Casey is an Encinitas local through and through.  He attended the iconic Pacific View Elementary, Oak Crest Middle School, and was part of the first graduating class at San Dieguito Academy.  After years of working in the restaurant industry, he attended MiraCosta College where he completed the classes needed to qualify for a Real Estate Salespersons License.  Casey is now in the process of obtaining his California Brokers License and is also working on his Short Sale designation. Outside of work, Casey is an active member of the Surfrider Foundation and consistently participates in community beach clean-ups.  As a member of Surfrider, he is trying to share, teach, and preserve the love and respect he has for the outdoors.  Another passion he has is the Sierra Mountains, where he spent a several years living and enjoying life at South Lake Tahoe and Mammoth Lakes.  Occasionally, he gets outside and golfs, and enjoys a nice hike or beach walk with his wife and puppy. Casey works directly with and can highly recommend lenders, inspectors, contractors, solar companies, HVAC companies, home stagers, moving companies, cleaning crews, and assists in Home Warranty Plans.
