Brook Baird

A devoted East Bay native, Brook brings to her real estate practice a unique combination of business acumen, design and marketing savvy, and a deep commitment to her local community. Licensed since 2005, Brook earned her broker’s license in 2016 and her MBA from Mills College in 2017. Having practiced real estate through several large market shifts, Brook offers her clients a breadth of experience ranging from short sale negotiation to luxury marketing. She combines deep market knowledge with the compassion, humor and grit to get the deal done. Prior to entering real estate, Brook was the co-founder and director of BayVAN, a professional art consultancy that sourced local artwork for commercial and residential developments throughout the Bay Area. Her many years of experience at BayVAN working closely with interior designers and real estate marketing professionals serves her in her real estate practice today where she delights in helping buyers envision the possibilities in every space and sellers beautifully market their homes. Brook takes a holistic approach to real estate and sees the value of homeownership for both individuals and communities. She has worked with both city government and non-profit agencies to increase homeownership opportunities throughout the Bay Area.
