Bridget has been helping sellers and buyers since 2003.

Her 17+ years in real estate coupled with her years working as a consultant, facilitator and negotiator enable her to assist clients with sound decision making and valuable information so that their buying or selling experience is a positive and successful one. Bridget comes from a strong background in marketing, business development, project management, customer service, and contract negotiations. Having brought that experience to bear on the Real Estate profession has resulted in a unique blend of skills. Bridget’s clients describe her level of service as “above and beyond” as her customer focus, attention to detail and extensive real estate experience assist her clients with sound decision-making so that each transaction is a positive and successful one.

Bridget resides in the suburbs with her husband, three children and their German Shepherd dog, Emmett. An alumna of Ursuline Academy in Dedham, Bridget is also a Providence College graduate and member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, as well as the National Association of REALTORS®.

We have been working with Bridget on buying a home in Walpole. She helped us understand all the neighborhoods and worked through weighing our options. We have bought several houses in the DC area and this is our first home My wife and I recently used Bridget to sell our first home and buy a new one. Bridget met with us a couple of months before the sale to talk with us about the process, get a better understanding of the market and talk with us about timing. Bridget helped us to negotiate an under asking accepted offer that ended up including some furniture, all appliances and even the sit down lawn mower and snowblower. This was all made possible because she understood the sellers position and found a way to bridge the gap and get both parties what they wanted. Never, not once, during the home buying process did I ever get the feeling of being rushed or pressured to just pick one. I truly believe that Bridget wanted our family in the perfect home for us even if we had to see dozens of homes and it took a year.
