Brenda specializes in selling luxury real estate and has achieved record sales prices in Corona del Mar, Newport Beach, and Newport Coast. She has enjoyed involvement in the real estate business her entire life - not only with her mother, a 44-year veteran but also her grandfather, who was practicing up until his 90's! Brenda is a 40+ year resident of Orange County, primarily in the Port Streets, Newport Beach, and Corona del Mar on Spyglass Hill. She has bought and sold multiple properties here and has managed and invested in rental property for 10 years, along with having built a custom home. Brenda truly understands all clients’ needs, from first homes to investment properties to building or purchasing a long dreamed of home. Brenda earned a degree from UCI in Social Ecology and has twenty years of experience in luxury travel, which included owning her own business for 12 years representing private island resorts. Brenda is incredibly involved in her community and currently serves as Registration Chair for the Walk to Defeat ALS and on the Corona del Mar Resident’s Association. She has served as the Ticketing and Sales Manager for Corona del Mar High and Middle School's Annual Home Tour, an ALSOC (Lou Gehrig's Disease) Teenage Assist Mentor and Fundraiser, a Reading By 9 Program Volunteer assisting ESL students, the Meet and Concessions Manager for her Newport Hills Swim Team, and has many years of fun as a Brownie and Girl Scout Troop Leader.
