As a Nashville native, Blair knows the local real estate market best! Her favorite thing about being a Realtor is seeing the smiling faces of her clients at the end of a transaction, knowing that she was an integral part in helping their dreams come true! Blair eases buyers and sellers through the process, making their experience as seamless as possible. She often uses the line, “you don’t know what you don’t know,” and brings the answers to her clients without their having to ask! With so many realtors from which to choose, Blair stands out in a myriad of ways. As a recent client explained, “Your knowledge and experience are exceptional, but what really sets you apart is your compassion and genuine desire to do what is best for your client.”   Blair has been a realtor since 1997 and has been a broker since 2013.  She serves all of Nashville and its surrounding counties, although she specializes in Williamson and Davidson counties for both buyers and sellers. She also holds a real estate license in the state of Georgia, concentrating primarily in Cherokee and Cobb counties. Blair has completed over 450 hours of education and received multiple Greater Nashville Realtors Education Achievement Awards, among countless others. In addition, Blair’s designations are Accredited Buyer Representative, ePro and Master Graduate Realtor Institute.   Having traveled the world over a period of 10 years, including substantial time spent in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore, has given her a broader scope of understanding the needs of multi-cultural living. Many of her diverse group of friends today began as clients, which is another favorite thing about her “job” (a word she doesn’t like to use to describe what she is privileged to do each day)!   Blair recently moved from Forest Hills to Brentwood where she resides with her husband Tim, youngest son, Barrett, their cat, Hazel and dog, Leia. Their other children live as far away as Vancouver and Phoenix, and as near as Atlanta. Blair enjoys all things social, and when not selling homes, she is a regular at local non-profit events, friends’ parties, church events and son, Barrett’s, Jr. Predator or BHS hockey games.
