Billie Jo has lived in York County for over 40 years. Her employment background includes accounting, technology and software until twelve years ago when she became involved in the real estate business and joined the family of Coldwell Banker. She is a member of the Cindy Mann Team at Coldwell Banker, the Susquehanna Valley's premiere real estate team. Since her affiliation, Billie Jo has reached peak performer status and has received company Awards & Recognitions.

Billie Jo was elected to the Board of Directors of the Realtors Association of York & Adams County (RAYAC) from 2013-2015; serving as Secretary in 2013 and Vice President in 2014. She served on the RAYAC Foundations Board, including serving one term as Treasurer and another as President. This board designates monies to non-profit organizations with financial needs related to the housing industry, in turn, helping keep those companies and jobs constant. She also served on the Forms Committee which works to keep all the contracts and various forms up-to-date, user friendly, and legally compliant.
