I have an extensive background of over 10 years in the real estate business including marketing, sales, design, and management, and I bring a wealth of real estate experience to my role as a real estate broker in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. For the past 5 years I have flipped my own investment homes, done sales by referral, and design consulting all while having and raising our son. I have now expanded Haran Homes to include listing and sales for all, as well as design consulting either for your own enjoyment or for your listing needs. I'm your one stop shop. I have been on so many listing presentations where the seller tells me they would like to do painting or staging or renovations to their home to better compete in the marketplace and to get more money for their home but they just can’t afford to do that until the home sells. Compass and myself are here to help! Additional Background: I began my real estate career in 2008 practicing in both the city and suburbs for a top-producing real estate group. During this time I helped the group develop a new brand and marketing plan and became known individually for my breadth of experience in all aspects of real estate including buyers, sellers, lessees, lessors, short sales, foreclosures, and relocation properties. In addition, myself and my deals were featured in Crain’s Chicago Business magazine and Chicago Magazine which was an example of my ability to generate press and opportunities for both my personal and property marketing. Before becoming a managing broker in 2012, I served for two years as the online marketing, branding, social media specialist for the North Shore and Chicago Regions. I met with agents one on one and in small and large groups to utilize those marketing avenues and expand their business. I had the honor of being named a finalist for 2011 as one of Inman News Top 100 Influential People in Real Estate. After running two of the most successful offices on Chicago's North Shore for three years as Managing Broker, I moved to the Western Suburbs where I now focus solely on helping clients create beautiful interiors to enjoy themselves or to incite others to want to buy. My combination of skills and experience in both design and real estate sales are a unique asset to any client looking to make a truly exceptional space. I live in Oak Brook with my husband, son and our dog ‘Hundley’ and focus on the surrounding Western suburb areas.
