Before entering Real Estate, she worked for the United States Air Force placing officers and enlisted men in on-base and local housing. She also managed a 36-unit apartment building in Minnesota for 3 years and manage several of her own rental properties, including a home in Lake Tahoe, California. Arlene's many years of experience can help you find the perfect home. She knows the area like the back of her hand! Committed to the community, Arlene has been active with the Conejo Valley Board of Realtors scholarship committee which provides scholarships to the 5 local High Schools and is actively involved with the ALS Foundation.

Arlene earned a G.R.I. designation, an educational feat gained by fewer than 12% of Realtors nationwide. She is also a relocation specialist and takes a personal interest in helping her clients smoothly relocate to a new community. Moreover, she arms relocating families with a wide array of information on their new community, from schools, restaurants, recreational opportunities, area growth, and available community services. Arlene has also completed an Advanced Negotiating Class and the SFR - Short Sale Foreclosure Resource Certified.

Personally, Arlene has 2 hobbies, TENNIS, AND MORE TENNIS. She also enjoys making quilts and knitting. She and her husband have 3 adult daughters.
