Anzor Sidamonidze

As founder and principal of The Skylight Group, Anzor draws on nearly 20 years of experience in the industry to serve the interests of his clients. With wide ranging expertise and long-term friendships developed over the course of his career, he emphases understanding the needs of his clients and ensuring that all expectations are exceeded with a seamless and simple process. Initially immersing himself in the mortgage industry, Anzor focused on building a foundation of knowledge and contacts, which he used for educating buyers on their options and to provide referrals to loan officers, attorneys, home insurance agents and other real estate professionals. Driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit, he left the mortgage world in 2015 to launch The Skylight Group. Anzor relished the opportunity to gain more independence, build a team of professionals who share his values and form long-lasting connections with clients and others in the field. Under his leadership, The Skylight Group joined the Compass family in 2021. Anzor spends much of his workday reaching out to prospective buyers and sellers, communicating with those who become clients and training team members on the intricacies of the real estate industry. He enjoys meeting new people and extending a helping hand to anyone in his network whenever possible. Hailing from the country of Georgia, Anzor is fluent in English and Russian as well as Georgian. He immigrated to the United States soon after graduating from Tbilisi National Institute with a Bachelor in International Business Relations, which he draws on to apply local expertise to his global network. Anzor, a long-time resident of Coolidge Corner in Brookline, moved to Boston's Seaport district in 2021 after many years of being professionally engaged in the neighborhood. He enjoys the newness and growing vibrancy of the Seaport, but leaves the city frequently for hiking, camping and skiing adventures. Formerly a professional soccer player in Georgia, he is still active on the pitch today.
