As a lifelong athlete, coach and team leader, Allie's passion lies in guiding others with a sense of calm and ease, making sure everyone she works with feels seen, heard, and valued. She knows that it’s all about relationships. The experience of growing up in an extraordinary contemporary home that was under construction throughout her childhood led Allie to study the history of modern architecture and instilled in her a lifelong interest in renovation, design, and construction.
