I believe that my job is to help buyers and sellers realize their goal of purchasing or selling property. I spend the time to listen and to truly understand the needs of my clients so that they always know that they can count on me to bring them to closing successfully and with peace of mind. Anything can happen between the time a client is in contract until closing and I work tirelessly to assure my clients do not have to deal with unwanted stress. I am a very good mediator and negotiator and I know these skills are invaluable to my clients.

About me

I come from a very large, Irish family 10 children in all. I have 5 sisters and 4 brothers, and I can tell you that the competition was tough. I had to speak up for what I wanted, and stand out in the crowd. My experiences growing up in such a large family have influenced my work ethic and selling style today. I have worked in sales successfully here in Southern NH for over 20 years and I am happy to share my knowledge and expertise with you. I am an Accredited Staging Professional and I am ready to help you stage your home to sell quickly and at the best price. I also hire a professional photographer to take all the photos of your home. He does an excellent job and I feel this really does impact how your home is presented to the world.
