I've lived in Scottsdale for almost 30 years, and owned a small business for the majority of that time. I love where I live! I help clients of all ages, but my particular interest is in working with the seniors market, whether helping clients find a perfect second/vacation home or a "right-size" home when it's time to downsize. Seniors have unique concerns and needs and deserve the help of someone who can help navigate sometimes unfamiliar territory: the downsizing process, 1031 exchanges, reverse mortgages, aging in place, transitioning to senior housing, dealing with probate, etc.

My community is important to me and I enjoy giving back. I volunteer with the Musical Instrument Museum, City of Scottsdale Vista del Camino family programs, and participate in our local Coldwell Banker outreach efforts, like our Homes for Dogs project.
