Karin Holloway is a leading realtor, specializing in the highly desirable beach communities of Santa Barbara and Montecito. She is the premier representative of the luxury condominium complex of El Escorial Villas at East Beach, an exclusive resort-like development located across from Santa Barbararsquo;s beautiful East Beach. Karin has been a top producing realtor for Coldwell Banker since joining the office in 1997. She has been the top listing and selling agent in El Escorial every year since the inception of the project as well as a homeowner and investor in the complex. Prior to moving to Santa Barbara in 1992 as the sales representative for the developer of El Escorial Villas, she worked for 10 years selling homes in exclusive Southern California beach communities as the sales representative for the builder.
