Personal Background

Kathy Schmidt, Realtor, Broker, RPA has been in the real estate industry since graduating from USF in 1972. She managed the Fox Plaza in San Francisco, a 29-story mixed use building including apartments, offices, retail stores, and an underground parking garage for 16 years, and then, in 1989, began leasing and selling real estate in Sonoma and Marin Counties. Joining Frank Howard Allen in 1991 was "the best decision" and Kathy continues to specialize in sales and leasing of investment properties, including commercial and residential. Coldwell Banker acquired Frank Howard Allen in November 2013, including Kathy, and it's been a great merger.

Kathy was a regular guest columnist for real estate in the local Petaluma Argus Courier, helps mentor new agents, and is very involved in community organizations. She is proud of the fact that 90% of her business comes from past clients and referrals, many of which are from other agents. Her commitment to Service, Integrity, Knowledge and Expertise has resulted in client service awards annually.
