Personal BackgroundAlong with travel, real estate, architecture and design have been my passions ever since helping my dad design and build subdivisions while still in high school. In college I spent a year abroad in Germany and Austria, mastered the language and had the opportunity to explore many parts of the Continent, seeing first hand the beauty of centuries of fine design and craftsmanship. Back in California, I attended UCLA Law School and specialized in urban planning and real estate development. After passing the California State Bar, I went to work first at Bank of America and later at Union Bank in the Legal Division providing guidance to the trust, estate, probate, retirement plans and trust real estate areas of Wealth Management and Trust. I spent 30 years in this pursuit, along the way traveling extensively to all corners of the world, mainly to look at architecture, and also became a founding director and past president of Habitat for Humanity Los Angeles. I retired a few years ago and am now pursuing a career in real estate, in the Los Feliz office where I have lived since 1978. I am excited to bring my life-long interest in the area and my love of real estate to clients needing my services.
