Working with me brings a dedicated effort to find the home of your dreams or to sell your current home. Honesty, integrity and a strong work ethic are values I strive to live by. Realizing clients are at all different stages of buying or selling I work at the pace they desire, no matter how quickly or slowly that may be. Personable, hard working and trusting are words that would best descibe me. I enjoy working with buyers, especially first timers, because I feel it is a Realtorโs responsibility to ensure they (& all buyers) make informed decisions. On the flip side, I also enjoy working with sellers and providing them with an excellent marketing strategy, so that they can accomplish their mission in selling their house and moving on to a new chapter in their lives. My association with Coldwell Banker allows buyers and sellers access to the tools of a top rated international real estate company.

Business Philosophy
Holding a seat on my local Board of Education has influenced the way I think about my real estate business. My belief in the importance of an excellent education system for children, translates into believing that all buyers and sellers of real estate must be educated in all the aspects of the process they are undertaking. Buying or selling a home is a major endeavor emotionally and financially. Providing clients with information and resources concerning the process is what I aim to accomplish so that clients are able to make educated and informed decisions. First time buyers must understand all aspects of the home buying process. I also believe that good communication with clients, is very important, as it helps to maintain an open and trusting relationship. I strive to do my best in educating and communicating with clients and to make every transaction a successful one.

Personal Background
I grew up in Franklin Square, NY (Long Island) and now have resided in East Hampton for the past 30 years. My husband is an Environmental Engineer with Arcadis, Inc. I have two children, both graduates of Penn State University. One is a Physical Therapist in the Philadelphia area and the other is a Chemical Engineer working for a Bio Tech company in NY. Past employment includes substitute teaching in East Hampton Schools, Manager for the Weathervane stores, Manager Fabric/Fashion Marketing for Cotton Inc. in NYC. I enjoy reading (book club), gardening, sewing (apparel and home dรฉcor), fitness, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends.
