Jill Aguayo has been in the real estate business since 1999 as an investor, property manager, landlord and realtor. Personal Background

My personal and work background is diverse! My bachelor’s degree is in Music Education and I have a Master of Music in flute performance. I worked as a professional musician for many years before taking an administrative position at the Metropolitan Opera where I managed the Young Artist Development Program. In the meantime, I started investing in real estate and became a landlord. My first purchase was Manhattan’s Upper West Side.

My husband and I moved to Brazil for his work in 2001 and we traveled throughout South America for 10 months after his work obligations were complete. I learned Portuguese during my time in Brazil but applied those skills to Spanish in order to communicate with my husband’s Peruvian family and help in raising our children to be bilingual.  

I have bought, renovated and sold properties since 1999. As an agent, I can bring a wealth of experience to you!
