Peripherally involved in the real estate business her entire life (from a family of developers/brokers – she even has a street named after her), Isabelle’s passion for real estate was ignited after selling two of her own luxury properties in San Francisco. A local resident for over thirty years, she lived in an historic home in Pacific Heights for two decades with her late husband, Arnold Laub, Esq. Isabelle honed her shrewd negotiation skills by working beside the illustrious barrister in his Jackson Square law firm. They were very active socially and politically, serving as National Finance Co-Chairs for a leading U.S. Presidential candidate.
Isabelle has an innate ability to interpret a property to reveal its true character and showcase its best assets. She implements change using bold, fresh ideas to highlight your home’s greatest potential and position it to achieve its maximum value. Six years of design education combined with over two decades of professional experience (in strategic corporate design, interior design and architecture, and founding two apparel design lines) provide her with the expertise and knowledge to effectively market your home in a compelling and elegant manner.
A 4th generation Louisianan, her lifelong fascination with architecture and design began in the Garden District of New Orleans, where she was raised within a most judicious family (her great-grandfathers the Attorney General and the Chief Justice of the State Supreme Court serving 33 years, plus a slew of attorneys and artists). Today, Isabelle lives very contently on the Mill Valley/Tiburon border and advises real estate clients on both sides of the Golden Gate Bridge. A former USCF competitive women’s cyclist in Boulder, she carves out time to practice yoga, travel, play tennis, hike the surrounding trails and tend to her two Persian cats.
