Personal BackgroundI am a third generation Realtor who grew up in Calabasas when the license plate frames said "Last of the Old West". I moved to Santa Cruz to escape the impending urban sprawl and graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz with a BA degree in Linguistics. Ironically, I wound up working in finance during school and worked my way up in banking. I moved to Santa Barbara and spent 10 years working as a Mortgage Lending Agent. I made many lasting friendships with clients and within the Mortgage and Real Estate industry. After receiving my Real Estate License I joined Coldwell Banker Montecito in order to get the most exposure for my listings and the most reputable brokerage for my buyers. I have been a proud resident of the Mesa in Santa Barbara since 2002, and contrary to some local beliefs, the sun does shine up here more often than not.
