The Son of a Civil Engineer / Land Surveyor, Dale has virtually grown up in the Real Estate Business. He fondly recalls working as a "Chain Man" for his Father's Land Surveying Crew during his High School years. After pursuing a successful Career establishing a Computer-Aided Civil Engineering / Architectural Design Company in Central Pennsylvania, Dale decided to move into Real Estate Sales in 2002. His extensive experience in running a business and negotiating Large Corporate Contracts has proven to be a Benefit to his Real Estate Clients over the Years.

Dale studied Business Communications in College, and has also worked in Radio and Media since then. Those Communication Skills have been noted by his Real Estate Clients, who have enjoyed Effective Representation of their Interests by Dale.

Dale's Career Success blossomed in the Real Estate Business, as he is consistently among the Leaders in Real Estate Sales in Central Pennsylvania.

Dale's Business - and Lifestyle Philosophy brings a smile to his face. "Woody Allen once said in one of his Movies, '90% of Success in Life is Showing Up'". A Simplistic Idea, to be sure, but it reflects Dale's Organized Approach to his Daily/Weekly Routines, which are intended to make progress for his Clients - Each and Every Day.

A lifelong resident of Central Pennsylvania, Dale is well-acquainted with the Real Estate Marketplace and has been involved in many Area Organizations in the course of his Career and Life here.

Dale likes to Work Hard and Play Hard - and weaves in such Activities as performing in his Band, "American Roulette", playing and watching Ice Hockey, Volunteering for WXPN Radio, and frequent Trips to New York City, where his Daughter, a Recording Artist, resides. Dale also enjoys spending time in Cape May, NJ, and visiting Baltimore's Camden Yards to see his favorite Baseball Team, the Baltimore Orioles.
