Early in my real estate career I was fortunate to have mentors who stressed continuous education, and I have constantly worked to improve my real estate skills. As in most other fields, the more knowledge you have, the more people you can help, the more problems you can solve, and the more successful you can be, for both your clients and yourself.

Areas of Expertise

Having been a full time real estate broker since 1971, I have gone through many phases in my career and in my clients lives. I have always been and still am helping clients in every age bracket to solve their real estate problems. However, in my younger years, i worked with many first time home buyers. It has always been gratifying to help a young family to purchase their first home.

In my middle years, I worked with many growing families, helping them to trade up to a larger or newer home. I helped them deal with all of the problems of moving an established family to a new home and neighborhood.

Although I have decided that old age is five years older than whatever my age is, I am now quite successful helping clients in a similar age bracket. Whether they are trading their house for a condo, moving to a retirement residence, going to a warmer climate, or unfortunately helping the family to liquidate an estate, I am able to empathize with their situation.

Communities I ServeI have lived in Niles since 1973 and do a lot of my business here and in the surrounding communities of Park Ridge, Glenview, Morton Grove, Skokie, Des Plaines and northwest Chicago. Although I have successfully represented clients in many other communities, these are the areas that I know the best.
