Betty Graham is the former president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Greater Los Angeles Company and the past president of Previews NRT. Currently Betty Graham is the business coach for Tom Ferry International, specializing in real estate agents' growth of their luxury sales.

Graham has more than 40 years of experience in the real estate profession, beginning her notable career in 1976 as a top-producing agent in Malibu. After owning her own real estate firm, Coast and Canyon Realtors, she joined Jon Douglas Company in 1982, and was promoted to branch manager two years later. In 1990, Graham introduced Jon Douglas Company to San Francisco by opening and managing their Pacific Heights office, as well as serving as regional manager and vice president of Jon Douglas Company. Graham was appointed branch manager of Jon Douglas Companyrsquo;s Beverly Hills North office in 1993. Jon Douglas Company merged with NRT under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 1997.

Well known for her superb leadership skills, Graham received the companyrsquo;s coveted Manager of the Year award in 1998 and again in 2002. Prior to accepting the position of president, Graham was overseeing more than 140 full-time agents at the Beverly Hills North office, which generated an annual sales volume of approximately $1.6 billion dollars.

Graham has been president of the Malibu Board of REALTORS®; and has served on the board of directors of the Beverly Hills Board of REALTORS®, as well as on numerous committees for the California Association of REALTORS®. She has also served on the board of directors of the Combined Los Angeles Westside Multiple Listing Service (CLAW). Dedicated to her community as well as her vocation, Graham is an active member of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce and was honored with the Chamberrsquo;s Women of Achievement Award in 1999 and the Presidentrsquo;s Award in 2000.

A native of Alabama, Graham supports many community causes and charitable efforts including A Place Called Home. Graham currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
