Born to a military family stationed in Germany, Susan has lived in the Lowcountry most of her life. She graduated from Fort Johnson High School on James Island and earned degrees in school counseling from Charleston Southern University and The Citadel.

Dreaming of moving to a waterfront property, Susan began working with her son Nic Spalviero, a Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage REALTOR®. The experience of selling her family home and buying waterfront property was so fulfilling, she decided to help others realize their real estate dreams.
