A Connecticut-based developer has purchased two Memphis Medical District properties as it seeks to secure a foothold in the market. Lexington Partners LLC purchased Azur Tower at 305 S. Bellevue Blvd. and Soma 23 Apartments at 23 S. Pauline St. as part of a larger portfolio purchase.
